Three years ago, if you had asked me, I would have told you that I didn’t have a creative bone in my body. I would even have gone so far as to say that I had zero interest in anything artistic, at least not in the realm of flipping furniture and DIY!
It’s amazing how just a short while can change everything you think, and even most of what you do!
I’ve been flipping furniture now for 3 years and I’ve started to dabble in building things myself, something I NEVER imagined I could or would do…literally, it was never even a thought in my mind!
**Check out my post on How You Can Start Making Extra Cash Flipping Furniture From Home if you’re interested in starting a side business and making extra cash!**
Be careful about limiting yourself, you may miss out on something awesome in your life!
I would venture to say that most successful Furniture Flippers and DIY’ers are at least a little surprised (and secretly super impressed!) with how good they have become at their craft! Creativity is a God-given trait and it has endless potential!
That being said… here are 8 absolutely AMAZING DIY builds, (and great for any experience level) by some of my very favorite DIY’ers. These creative geniuses are super inspiring, you’ll definitely want to follow each of their pages!
#1) Wooden Ladder Shelf by Ana White
Ok, this incredible lady is the one who opened my eyes to the possibility of actually using power tools myself! Until I found her page I had never so much as touched a circular saw…or a drill… a hammer and screw driver were the extent of my experience, and usually my husband had to help me with those! I love how she built this ladder shelf to add storage in her master bathroom, I’ve definitely got to make this! Check out her free plans right here!

So, this console is calling my name, it’s perfect! Want to build it?? Check out her free plans right here!
